In this system, a rearing pond is required adjacent to the stocking pond at a size of 0.07-0.08 ha.
Stocking pond @ 0.3- 0.4 ha (2-3 bigha)
Stocking is done after 10-12 days of spraying liquid manure when water colour becomes light greenish.
Stocking: Catla, Rohu, Mrigal, Silver carp, Grass carp and common carp of unequal size of 8-15 cm @ 2700-3300/ bigha.
Partial harvesting after 4 months of stocking.
Harvested stock is immediately replenished species wise from rearing pond.
3-4 times harvesting can be made in a year.

a. Liming: Quick lime @ 25-30kg/bigha as basal dose.

b. Manuring: Cow dung @ 300-400 kg/bigha as basal dose

Urea @ 2.5 kg/bigha & SSP @ 3.5 kg/bigha
